A new quarter in one of the most beautiful historic villages in the South West of England. At the entrance to the new area, there is a new shop for the village and buildings designed for commercial use, as well as small circular pavilion which marks the point where a winding route divides to give access 57 homes, including apartments and dedicated retirement cottages. A combination of standard plans and homes designed to fit in with the turns and levels of the site results in no two identical buildings but all of which reflect the special character of the village and its local materials.
