A small but complex group of offices and retail uses in the centre of Richmond, outside London. The offices are entered through a new intimate courtyard created in the centre of the urban block with a copper-roofed pavilion acting as the entrance and focal point of the courtyard. On the street, a simple façade fits seamlessly into the street scene but features special recessed classical windows on the first floor.
