A New Development in Wales.
The first part of an ambitious new town on an old industrial site outside Port Talbot, a development supported by the Prince of Wales. The first phase acts as an entry close to the Arts and Crafts model worker’s village of Llandarcy. It takes advantage of the steep level change to create a distinctive character and uses local stone and typical local architecture to establish a character typical of the area.
